ASSESSMENT INFORMATION |
Invoices have been emailed and appear in your online account. Please be aware that payments are due regardless of whether you receive/open the emailed invoice, and late payments are subject to penalties.
On Feb 11, 2023, the SLCC Membership overwhelmingly passed the following motion 37 to 2:
The assessment is billed in two installments of $267 each—separate from membership dues—with the first due 3/1/23 and the second due 6/1/23. You should have already received (and paid) both of the special assessment invoices. If you did not receive it, you can view all invoices any time when you LOGIN
Please NotePlease pay in a timely fashion, as this project is funded only by the assessment. The SLCC HOA will be reminding you of your requirement to pay via email, website, and telephone/text messages. Since we had such overwhelming support at the meeting for this project, please honor your obligation to your neighbors, and do not force us to use a collection agency or put a lien against your property. | Your Dollars and Neighbors at Work! The latest from our lake quality vendor Doug Dorling:
As you may have noticed, the concrete pad and aeration compressor have been installed (shout out to Todd Kamp and the visitors that helped him mix the cement!), the boat launch has gotten a reface, the basketball court has new hoops (Thank you Kaleb!), the sports court has been cleaned as have areas around the boats, the woodpile, and more, whew! Take a look out on the lake for bubbles, bubbles, bubbles! Special thanks to the volunteers on the board who are doing the work to secure and evaluate bids for a protective fence and access gate around the compressor. We will be asking for volunteers to assist with clearing rocks and covering the trench area in preparation for seeding later in the year. Come on down to the lake and take a look at the great work the volunteers have accomplished! Hope to see you there! |
