PARK & CABANA

Community Property & Park Usage Rules

• No Lifeguards are on Duty.
• Members and their guests only.
• Guests must be accompanied at all times by the member. Guests are those who are not eligible for proprietary or social membership, or are not renters using the owner’s Gate Access Code. 
• Only approved entry to the park is through the gate using the assigned Gate Access Code.
• Gate Access Codes may not be shared.
• Guests must be accompanied by a member 16 yrs. or older at all times.
• Anyone under age 11 yrs. must be accompanied by an adult member.
• Caregivers 16 years or older may use a member's access code while they are watching a member's child(ren).
• Use of lake, park and community property is subject to proper, considerate behavior which includes no abusive language, no aggressive or violent behavior, no pushing or shoving, no illegal activities, no vandalism of park facilities.
• All trash must be removed from the park. Do not leave garbage in the cabana bins.
• Discharge of fireworks/explosive devices is prohibited on all community property.
• If using watercraft that has been in other waters, you must wash it first to avoid potential cross-contamination/algae
• No motors except electric are allowed on the lake.
• No bicycles are allowed on the dock.
• Clean up after yourself, clean up after your pets.

Responsibilities and Penalties for Violations

• Members must provide their name and Sylvia Lake address upon request to verify approved access.
• Anyone misusing the property in violation of the rules will have their Gate Access Code disabled. If other than the member, the member will be called and asked to come and resolve the problem. Otherwise, the code will remain disabled. The violator will be asked to leave.
• Repeated violations will result in loss of member privileges and Gate Access Code will be disabled for 30 days or more, subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors or their authorized representative.
