UPCOMING MEMBER MEETING

Please join us on February 11, 2023 at 1pm at 8313 71st ST NW

The HOA Board invites its proprietary members and social members to vote on bylaws amendments and a special assessment.  Your participation is needed to move forward, and your presence is highly appreciated. If you are unavailable for the meeting, kindly send a proxy.  More detailed information regarding the agenda items and a proxy form are available for download below.

IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND, PLEASE PROVIDE A PROXY.

• Click the link below to download the proxy form.  Print, complete, sign the form and place it in the black drop box marked "SLCC", located in front of 8302 71st ST NW before 10am on February 11, 2023. Please do not place proxies in the box after this time, as they will not be collected.  Alternatively, you can give the proxy form to a neighbor who will attend the meeting (if they are your proxy), or hand it in person to a board member.
• You may designate President Denice Malone as your proxy by adding her name on the form, or you can choose any other member to act as your proxy.  The form is only valid if complete and signed.
