Welcome to Sylvia Lake Country Club!

To create your new member profile, please select the appropriate membership payment option below and follow the instructions to complete the remaining form fields.

Please Note: Memberships in Sylvia Lake Country Club are by invitation only, and will be manually reviewed for approval by our designated board member prior to your account activation. If you have any questions about your membership, please contact treasurer@sylvialakecc.org.

PLEASE NOTE: New members are subject to current quarter dues, rounded to the nearest month as automatically calculated by our system.

Dues are paid on a quarterly basis in advance of the quarter (due Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, Oct 1). You can select from the following options to make your dues payments:

Auto-renewal (preferred) - Options A and C:

Simplify your life! When you select our auto-renewal option, you will enter your credit card information, and then your dues will automatically be charged and applied to your invoice each quarter. Your payments will automatically post to your account, and you can access your account, update your information, or cancel at any time.

Standard Pay Each Quarter - Options B and D

Online - your invoice prior to each quarterly due date includes a direct link to pay online via credit card. With this option, you must enter the payment each quarter.
Check - make checks payable to "Sylvia Lake Country Club" and mail them or drop them in the payment drop box on or before the due date.

Good to know

Bundle refers to multiple residents in the same household (street address).
Email is our primary form of contact and an email address is required to pay and view your account online.

A. Proprietary Member Dues: Auto-Renewal Quarterly - $250.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: Quarterly, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) AUTO-RENEWAL - Enter credit card info and dues will automatically be charged & applied to your invoice/account each quarter. APPLIES TO FUTURE RENEWAL INVOICES ONLY!
PROPRIETARY MEMBERS - Owners of each lot lying within the the plat of Louise Park are Proprietary members of Sylvia Lake Country Club. Proprietary memberships are automatically transferred with the sale of the land, and all Proprietary property owners with Louise Park are legally obligated to pay dues and assessments as prescribed in the bylaws of Sylvia Lake Country Club.

B. Proprietary Member Dues: Pay Each Quarter - $250.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: Quarterly, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments PAY EACH QUARTER - You will be invoiced each quarter - simply click the link in your invoice to pay online. You can store card information, but you will need to click & pay every quarter.
PROPRIETARY MEMBERS - Owners of each lot lying within the the plat of Louise Park are Proprietary members of Sylvia Lake Country Club. Proprietary memberships are automatically transferred with the sale of the land, and all Proprietary property owners with Louise Park are legally obligated to pay dues and assessments as prescribed in the bylaws of Sylvia Lake Country Club.

C. Social Member Dues: Auto-Renewal Quarterly - $250.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: Quarterly, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) AUTO-RENEWAL - Enter credit card info and dues will automatically be charged & applied to your invoice/account each quarter. APPLIES TO FUTURE RENEWAL INVOICES ONLY!
SOCIAL MEMBERS - Persons not qualified for Proprietary membership may be eligible to become Social Members upon application and approval by a majority of the SLCC Board of Directors. Social Members are required to pay an initiation fee and regular dues.

D. Social Member Dues: Pay Each Quarter - $250.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: Quarterly, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments SOCIAL MEMBERS - Persons not qualified for Proprietary membership may be eligible to become Social Members upon application and approval by a majority of the SLCC Board of Directors.
