All members should be aware of a recent and important change in SLCC Board policy. Previously, accounts with a balance past due 60 days or more had access to "members-only" privileges on the website suspended, and a balance past due 90 days or more were assessed an Administrative Late Fee of $50 and all member benefits suspended.

As a small HOA charged with providing street lights and maintaining the lake, dam and community areas, we need all of our neighbors to honor their legal obligation and pay their fair share in a timely manner. In addition, the amount of volunteer time to administrate accounts that are past due over 60 days is a significant burden.

As a result, the SLCC Board of Directors adopted the following revised policy on 1/9/25:

SLCC members whose accounts are 60 days past due or more will be considered "lapsed” and will be assessed an additional $50 Administrative Late Fee. SLCC membership privileges and voting eligibility will be suspended (with Gate Access Code deactivated), and their access to "members-only" privileges on the club website will be suspended until the account is paid in full.
