The SLCC Board Policies document has been updated as of 8/1/2025 to reflect recent changes approved by the SLCC Board of Directors.

The following policies have been updated or added:

• A $100 transfer fee per lot is assessed when any property ownership within the plat is transferred. (Increased from $25 - this fee is usually paid in escrow)

• Pursuant to RCW 64.38.045, a fee of $10 per individual financial or governance document and $25 per quarter of meeting minutes is required, and such documents will be provided via electronic file to members, mortgage holders, or their agents.  Most documents are available for viewing and free download at any time when logged in on the SLCC website. (New policy)
  

• The Board of Directors will seek the approval of the membership for unbudgeted expenditures over $5000. The annual budget is approved by majority vote of the membership at the annual meeting. (Increased from $2000 - this threshold is determined by the board of directors)
